Lincoln graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours in 1998. In 2000 he founded Harris Dental Boutique in the small village of Bargara with the simple goal that his patients could get as good dentistry in regional Queensland as anywhere else in the world. After finding it difficult to get specialist support in his region, he started diversifying his skills into full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics and implantology in 2006. He also started running conferences in Canada, the USA and Italy in the same year. Educationally, he has progressed from running conferences to running traditional hands-on courses and pushing the boundaries of techniques to teach advanced procedures to dentists in more effective and efficient ways. In 2020, Lincoln, along with his brother Cam, started RipeGlobal with the help of dental and professional investors. Between the two, they have developed the world’s first Clinical Confidence Assessment algorithm and group dashboards to help dentists manage clinical aspects of dentists, rather than just financial. While the focus is on helping dentists advance by increasing their enjoyment and abilities, RipeGlobal now also consults with groups that employ more than 1000 dentists to help drive financial performance by improving the fundamental skills, excellence and confidence of their dentists.
